Valence Pool is operated by two software developers based in the United States who are passionate about technology, science and innovation. We started Valence because of our fascination with how science, innovation and persistence drive the continuous evolution of the Cardano blockchain. It is our effort to help Cardano blockchain reach full decentralization while keeping sustainability in mind.
Become part of our community by delegating to our stake pool and following us on social media.
Valence stake pool infrastructure is set up with multiple relay and core nodes distributed across the globe utilizing the reliability of Google Cloud Platform and the dedication of our team to keep our machines running. Each server runs on 5GB RAM, 2vCPUs, 5TB of transfer with 1Gbps bandwidth (around 125MB/s), and 50GB SSD storage. The cloud-based infrastructure allows easy scaling of the system if need be in the future.
Delegation is the process by which ADA holders delegate the stake associated with their ada to a stake pool. It allows ada holders that do not have the skills or desire to run a node to participate in the network and be rewarded in proportion to the amount of stake delegated.
Your ADA never needs to leave your wallet. Be cautios of any pools/sites that ask you to transfer your ADA.
To help you familiarize yourself with Cardano and how to delegate, we put together a guide on Reddit. Our ticker is VLNS. Learn more.
We are building Valence's stake pool to be 24/7/365 available with optimal performance for the benefit of our delegators and the Cardano network. We utilize the sustainability, scalability and reliability of the Google Cloud Platform.
